How does the 60-second PIN work?
Open your pass, show the 4-digit PIN at the counter. It refreshes every 60 seconds so screenshots can't be shared around — the barista verifies it live and your cup count drops by one.
Do unused cups expire?
Cups reset each billing month. You get a 7-day grace window to finish stragglers — after that, unused cups expire, plain and simple. Use them or lose them; that's the deal that keeps per-cup prices low.
Can I use it at any café, any time?
Any of our 8 partner cafés during their regular hours, one cup per visit. New partners join every few weeks and land straight in your pass.
Can I share my pass?
Your pass is yours: one redemption per day (24h cooldown). Treating friends? Grab a group pass instead — built for exactly that.
What is the cancellation policy?
Two taps in the app, no phone call, no guilt-trip screen. You keep your remaining cups until the month ends, and we won't charge you again.
Can I get a refund on unused cups?
Cups aren't refundable for cash — they're a use-it-or-lose-it monthly allowance, like a gym membership for coffee. Cancel anytime and simply use what's left before your month ends.
What if I run out of cups before the month ends?
Grab a refill pack in the app — 3 cups for Rs. 1,500 or 6 for Rs. 2,900. The cups land instantly and run to the end of your current billing month. No plan change needed.
Which drinks can I get?
Any handcrafted cup on the menu — espresso, cortado, flat white, Spanish latte, flavored lattes, hot or iced, any size. If a barista makes it to order, it counts.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes — every rupee on this page is the final rupee. No 15% surprise at the counter like café menus that list prices before tax. Rs. 3,200 means Rs. 3,200.
